Refunds & cancellation
Refunds are not possible once a sankalp is booked. Puja preparations begin in your name immediately after booking, so please book only when you are certain. In the rare case a payment fails but is debited, the amount is automatically returned to the original payment method by Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
Payments
All payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and netbanking details are never seen or stored by us. We store only the Razorpay order and payment reference against your receipt, and every payment is verified by digital signature before a receipt is issued.
Privacy
We collect only your name, contact details, gotra and sankalp wish, used solely to perform the puja and send your receipt. We never sell or share your data with advertisers. Write to seva@pujasampann.com to have your data removed.
Terms of service
The puja is a religious service performed on your behalf; no material outcome is promised or guaranteed. Live darshan depends on network availability at the time of the puja.
