Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be present in person?
No. The puja is performed on your behalf. You receive a live darshan link and photographs of your sankalp.
What if I do not know my gotra?
Leave it blank. The pandit ji will take the sankalp with Kashyap gotra, as prescribed by shastra.
Is ₹151 the complete cost?
Yes. ₹151 covers the sankalp, puja, deep daan and your digital receipt. There are no additional charges.
How is my payment handled?
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details; only the payment reference is kept with your receipt.
Can I book for more than one family member?
Yes. Complete one sankalp per person, or write all names in the sankalp field and they will be read together.
Can I get a refund after booking?
No. Once a sankalp is booked, refunds are not possible, as the puja preparations begin immediately in your name.
